Of course I offer the typical disclaimer that we don't necessarily agree with everything on all of these sites, but there is a lot of good here.

Ready for some classics? How about some Milton? Or maybe the Ante-Nicene Fathers? This site from Calvin College has enough to keep you busy for a while.
Bible.org is another huge resource of theology and ministry information. They also produce the NET Bible, or the New English Translation. Spearheaded by solid evangelical scholars (many from Dallas Theological Seminary), this bible is particularly appreciated for its thousands of translation notes.
